The Human Resources On Call team consists of many components. Recruiters, Placement Specialists and Interviewers work together to ensure that the appropriate Finance Professional is presented to the client for a specific assignment or a full time positions creating a win/win situation each time. We are seeking a mature individual with solid Human Resources experience that will conduct the interview in a thorough and professional manner.

You are an experienced human resource individual which worked in a Fortune 500 Corporation, or have experience with employment agencies. You are a people person and thrive on assisting individuals to be placed into suitable positions.

Human Resources On Call provides you with all of the training and support you require to develop and grow. This position has growth potential for the individual looking beyond the immediate task and thinks out of the box.

Salary: Base + Commissions

In this role your responsibilities include:

• Building on going business relationship with our most non-interviewed Accounting and Finance Professionals.
• Total co-operation with our team of Placement Consultants and Recruiters.
